Terms of Use

By creating an account or using Market Pilot X, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use Market Pilot X. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

Market Pilot X provides financial data, deterministic rules-based analysis, portfolio tracking tools, market intelligence, and alerts for informational and educational purposes only.

Market Pilot X is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. The Service does not execute trades, manage funds, or provide personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

All scores, signals, rankings, backtests, and analysis are observations and research outputs. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and all investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a licensed financial adviser before acting on any information in the app.

Market Pilot X offers Free, Pro, and Premium tiers. Pro and Premium are auto-renewable subscriptions sold through the Apple App Store via in-app purchase. The following terms apply:

• Price & duration. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis. The localized price and billing period are shown on the subscription screen before purchase.
• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Free trial. Where a free trial is offered, its length and the price billed after it ends are disclosed before purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Cancellation. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
• Refunds.Purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or misuse any part of it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

All content, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and software within Market Pilot X are owned by Market Pilot X and its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

Market data is provided by third-party providers and application programming interfaces (APIs) and may be delayed, interrupted, inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, or subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or availability of any data, APIs, or third-party services and are not liable for decisions made in reliance on such information or for interruptions, outages, or errors resulting from third-party providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Market Pilot X shall not be liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or reliance on its content. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service, its APIs, data feeds, notifications, or features will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Your license to use the iOS app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms conflict with the Apple EULA with respect to the iOS app, the Apple EULA governs to the extent of the conflict.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted.
